The digital invitation/save the date is yours to keep and you can send it to as many guests as you wish.

The invitation/save the date is sent by you. We will provide the invite image along with instructions and links (if applicable).
Our digital invitations are perfect to send either by WhatsApp/Text/iMessage or email.

If you would like to use our online RSVP function please ensure you choose a package that INCLUDES a mini website.
When a guest completes the RSVP form on your mini website, you will get both an email notification and the data will collate on your own dedicated google sheet.

Yes, we can add a menu selector to your RSVP form. Please ensure you purchase the ‘Menu Choice add-on’ with your main order here: https://www.silkandinkdesigns.co.uk/shop/p/digitalweddinginvitation-menuchoices
If you don’t have your menu choices yet but still want to get your invites sent now, leave the above off your order and then when the menu choices are ready, come back to our website and order this ‘add-on’ seperatley. We will then change the RSVP form into a menu selector form and you will need to ask guests to return to your mini website to complete the menu choices.

Sadly, it is not possible to include your guests names on the digital invitation.
Instead, we suggest including the names of the guests invited on the accompanying message that goes with the invite . Something like:
“Dear XXX & XXX,
We’re getting married and would love you to be there.
For lots more details and to RSVP, please visit: www.your-invite.com/helenandkyle
We can’t wait to celebrate with you, Helen & Kyle x”

Our digital invitations and mini websites have been carefully designed to have fonts that support the design as well as look fabulous on all screen sizes.
Some font changes are possible but please get in touch BEFORE placing your order detailing what you would like. A font change fee will be applicable.

We remove mini websites 1 month after the event date. After this time, it is no longer possible to access the page.
